Version 2026-09-05-no-voluntary-refund-v2
Refunds & statutory rights
SPFx packages are delivered digitally as a one-time download immediately after purchase. Because a delivered package cannot be returned, SPFxStore does not offer a voluntary money-back guarantee. This page explains what applies instead. Statutory rights are not limited by it.
Business customers only
SPFxStore is intended exclusively for businesses within the meaning of section 14 of the German Civil Code, public-law entities and special funds under public law. We do not enter into contracts with consumers. All store prices are net prices plus any applicable taxes.
1. No voluntary money-back guarantee
Purchases of standard SPFx products are final once the package has been made available for download. Lyron does not grant a voluntary money-back or trial guarantee. Please use the screenshots, demo videos, preview PDFs and pre-sales contact to evaluate a product before buying.
2. Statutory defect rights remain unaffected
If a purchased webpart has a defect — it demonstrably does not work as described on the product page in a supported environment — the statutory defect rights under the terms of sale apply in full. In that case, contact us with the product name and the SPFxStore order number or payment reference from your confirmation; we will analyse the issue and provide rectification, typically through a corrected package version.
3. Refunds under statutory rights
Where rectification fails and a statutory claim leads to withdrawal from the contract or a refund, Lyron initiates the credit through Stripe to the original payment method; banks and payment providers may delay when it becomes visible. A full refund ends the licence for the affected product: download access and licence keys are revoked, the customer stops using the product, uninstalls the webpart from the tenant and deletes .sppkg files and backups within ten business days. On request, the customer confirms deletion in text form.
4. No consumer right of withdrawal in the B2B store
SPFxStore sells exclusively to businesses, public-law entities and special funds under public law. No statutory consumer right of withdrawal is therefore offered for contracts through this store. If, despite the mandatory B2B confirmation, a buyer is legally classified as a consumer, that buyer's mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
